Not That Many Apples On The Tree
By Charlie | March 5th, 2007 in News |The last time they counted Apple apparently had $12bn in the bank. Yeah I know. On Mac Daily News they had a nice idea that Apple could hang on to say $2bn, so that people can have beers on Friday and things like that and then with the $10bn left they give $500 to any family thinking of buying a PC and get them to buy a Mac instead. They could do this 20 million times, then by summer the number of people using OSX would have doubled. While it’s a pretty amusing idea I think it highlights quite well how few people actually use Apple computers despite the iPod adoption.
