noWax events are friendly events where people come together to share music. The nights are eclectic to say the least, so leave any judgements at the door along with any attitude. Every noWax is different and the vibe is usually dictated by the host and punters.

If you want to play, just take a ticket from the host and wait your turn. Lately some noWaxes have got quite busy so if you want to guarantee your slot get there early.

Lastly, as the sound systems in some venues vary, a good thing to do is to boost the volume of your MP3 player so you know it'll be loud enough. You can find your own software updates and hacks on the web but we've included a couple here for iPods that we know work.
